Only one more day before we start Hungarian, Lithuanian and Slovenian Open 2017.

Here you can find some basic information before your arrival.

Saturday: registration day

HQ will open around 16:00, and should work at least till 22:00. HQ for registrations will be in "Dvorana na Češnjici" (N46.226200, E14.172766), Češnjica 54, 4228 Železniki, Slovenia. It is positioned between "Lenti PUN" and Petrol gas station.

Also on Saturday, we will hold pilots briefing at the same place at 21:00. If you can?t make it, don?t worry, we will meet again on Sunday morning.

From Sunday on, HQ will be moved to Studeno at landing field. (N46.224420, E14.182267).

On Sunday HQ will open at 6:00, and will be open till 9:00. We will hold another briefing at 9:00, and we plan to move to take off at 9:15.

Weather forecast for Sunday shows W winds, which means we will probably have to move to Krvavec take off. If that will be the case, we will kindly ask you to use your transport to the landing area, from there you will use our transport.

On days when we will use Ratitovec take, we have to transport glider to the take off day before. We will have a truck on the landing site, where you will be able to store the glider.

Daily routine should look like this:

Briefing at 9:00

9:15 first transport with vans and bus

9:45 last bus transport

Transport from the landing to the take off takes about 40min drive + some 20min walk. Gliders will be transported with the cable car all the way to the top.

At around 12:00 to 13:00 we should be ready to make the task.

Every day you will get water, power bar or chocolate, sandwich or something. We will also prepare balast water.

We will use live tracking (Flymaster live trackers) and SeeYou scoring software with latest GAP with no FTS. Live trackers will be primarily used for scoring. Radio frequency will be 147.800 mHz.
